Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

   • Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after they are placed.
   • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Charges

   • A flat shipping rate applies to all orders within Pakistan.
   • Free shipping is available for orders above PKR 4000.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

   • Delivery within major cities: 1-4 business days.
   • Delivery to remote areas: 2-7 business days.

4. Tracking Your Order

   • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your package.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues, we’re here to help!

1. Return Eligibility

   • Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
   • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

   • Opened or used sauces.
   • Items damaged due to mishandling by the customer.

3. Return Process

   • To initiate a return, please email us at readytocook@foodtogo.pk with your order details.
   • Once your return request is approved, ship the product to our designated return address provided in the confirmation email.

4. Refund Policy

   • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item and verify its condition.
   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchange Policy

   • Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged products. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to initiate an exchange.
